Welcome to Counter Tactics, a mobile strategy game developed and published by Silverline Sky Studios LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By playing Counter Tactics (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
Counter Tactics requires an active Apple Game Center account. Authentication, identity, and age requirements are determined by Apple. You must remain signed in to Game Center to access online features, including PvP battles, leaderboards, and the in‑game shop.
When you create a Counter Tactics account, we associate your Game Center ID with your in‑game profile. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and Game Center account.
You may choose a display name for your profile. Display names must not contain offensive, hateful, harassing, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to change, remove, or restrict any display name that violates these standards or disrupts the experience for other players.

We may take action—including warnings, resets, suspensions, or bans—if you violate these rules.
Counter Tactics includes virtual currencies (“Crystals” and “Gold”) and virtual items such as Tokens, Avatars, Backgrounds, and Bags. These items have no real‑world monetary value.
Purchases of Crystals are processed by Apple through the App Store. All purchases are final, non‑refundable, and non‑transferable, except where required by law.
You receive a limited, revocable license to use virtual items within the game. You do not own virtual items, and we may modify, adjust, or remove them as part of normal game updates, balancing, or maintenance.
We do not have access to your payment information.
You may build and manage Battle Stacks, collect Tokens, open bags, and customize your avatar. These systems are part of normal gameplay and may change as the game evolves.
Counter Tactics includes Ranked, Casual, and Friendly battles. Ranked battles affect your “Fame” score and leaderboard position. Casual and Friendly battles do not affect Fame.
Friendly battles require Game Center friendship and mutual permissions.
Ranked play operates in recurring seasons. At the end of each season, Fame scores may be adjusted to maintain fair matchmaking. Season rules, durations, and rewards may change over time.
You may surrender a match at any time. Surrendering counts as a loss in Ranked mode.
Certain profile information is visible to other players, including:
Your Game Center ID is never displayed publicly.
We may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access to PvP features, or remove content if you violate these Terms, disrupt gameplay, or engage in harmful behavior.
Suspensions may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity of the violation.
Counter Tactics is an evolving live game. We may update, modify, or discontinue features, items, matchmaking rules, or gameplay systems at any time. These changes may affect your progress, Fame score, Battle Stacks, or inventory.
Some players may have accessed early versions of Counter Tactics through Apple TestFlight (“Beta Versions”). Beta Versions were provided for testing purposes only and may have included unfinished features, temporary content, or experimental systems.
By using a Beta Version, you acknowledge that:
Your use of the final public version of Counter Tactics is governed by these Terms, regardless of prior beta participation.
All original content in Counter Tactics—including game code, design, characters, Tokens, UI, music, and other creative elements—is owned by Silverline Sky Studios LLC and protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
Counter Tactics also includes certain artwork, audio, and other assets that we have lawfully obtained from third‑party creators under commercial licenses, as well as assets generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools. Licensed and AI‑generated assets remain the intellectual property of their respective owners or licensors and are used in the game with permission or under applicable usage rights.
You receive a limited, personal, non‑transferable license to access and use Counter Tactics for entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, extract, reverse‑engineer, or reuse any part of the game—including licensed or AI‑generated assets—outside of normal gameplay.
Counter Tactics is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error‑free gameplay, or permanent availability of any feature.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Game at any time if:
You may stop using the Game at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through in‑app notices or update notes. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
